Call in a cruiser strike on a target's predicted position.  The strike takes 3 seconds to calibrate.  Once locked in, the strike bombards the area for 8 seconds, dealing 140 damage per second.

You're immune to your own Cruiser Strike. Your own area of effect abilities don't hurt you anyway, but the length of time the strike is active for means that you can hide in the target area while reloading or waiting for shields to recharge. You can also lure computer-controlled opponents into the strike area for easy damage/kills. (This is less likely to work on humans, who would remember this weapon from the starting galaxy.)
