The Flex Shield itself increases Shield Capacity by 185, Shield Regen by 50.05 p/s, and decreases Energy Regen by 6.67 p/s. Compared to other shields, this is low Shield Capacity, but unmatched Shield Regen.
Watch out for enemies with high burst damage weapons such as the Rail Gun. If they are using those weapons, you can use the Flex Shielding ability to give yourself the defense needed to take them on.
