Defend the cruiser as it travels to the other end of the map.

Neglect Nero - Complete mission with empty Auxiliary Bays. - 3500 Plex.
Matter Over Mind - Defeat more enemies and structures than Nero. - 2500 Plex.
Strategy[]
The two gunboats that the map shows as being just behind yours at the start of the mission won't actually be there yet. It'll be about 30 seconds before they show up.
Enemies will spawn in twos and threes as the cruiser travels down the corridor. If you've filled up all the Auxiliary Bays it's going to be very difficult to reach them before at least one of Nero's ships does. If you want Matter Over Mind, keep as many of the Auxiliary Bays empty as you can.
