Strategy[]
You'll need to use Decoy Feint if you want to complete In Position. Most of the turrets are disabled and you can freely go past them, but there's still a scanner buoy or two active near the arena entrance. Make your approach through the trash to avoid them.
The turrets on P. Rizzo's cruiser won't be able to fire their Photocasters, but can still squeeze off the occasional rocket. Remember to use your decoy abilities to distract the escorts (the F4 Mavericks) while you focus on the cruiser. You can start re-applying Gemini Beacons right after you fire a missile salvo instead of waiting for the missiles to hit first.
You can't approach the base to the west for now.
